Who we are

Northbound Digital is the trade name of TMH-services, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 86577433 (branch number 000052545261), based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For questions about this privacy policy, you can contact us via tim@northbounddigital.eu.

What data we collect

If you fill in the contact form on this website, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, your email address and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry or quote request.

Since September 2026, we use Google Analytics 4, only with your consent, to collect anonymised statistics about the use of this website, such as the number of visitors and the pages visited. We do not currently use any advertising pixels.

How long we retain data

We retain the data from the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than necessary.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell or rent out your data to third parties. For the technical operation of the website and for sending email, we use the following parties, who act as processors:

  • Mijndomein, for hosting the website
  • Google (Google Workspace), for sending email via the contact form
  • Google (Google Analytics), for anonymised website statistics, only with your consent

Cookies

This website uses technical cookies that are necessary for the site to function. No consent is required for these.

In addition, only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the website, for example the number of visitors, pages visited and where visitors come from. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Event data is automatically deleted after 2 months. We do not use this data for advertising purposes.

You can change your choice at any time via the ‘Cookie preferences’ link at the bottom of the website. As long as you do not give consent, Google Analytics will not be loaded and no statistics cookies will be placed.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to view, correct or have your data deleted. You can also object to the processing of your data. Please contact us via tim@northbounddigital.eu.

Do you have a complaint about how we handle your data? You can also report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
